Role Overview
Key Account and Partnership Executive – Build and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic partners, develop joint marketing initiatives, coordinate brand communications, and support content creation to ensure mutual success.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
- Research market or customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Develop and present enterprise proposals and bring proposals to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business‑related matters.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of products / services and exceptional customer experience.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with key clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products / services.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
- Meet with potential key clients and grow long‑lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Understand and anticipate risks of new accounts or new deals, and identify appropriate mitigating actions.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives and coordinate brand communications to support content creation for mutual success.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience managing key accounts and client servicing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract insights for data‑driven decisions.Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills to effectively prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Proactive and self‑motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Application Process
