Responsibilities

• Manage and understand customer needs and respond to questions.
• Provide the best service and promote the sale of products.
• Prepare the sales / promotion area as per layout; ensure no garbage or POP boxes and that displays are adequate.
• Prepare and provide merchandise for Bakery, Delicatessen, or Sushi Department.
• Handle accounts payable or return defective goods to the supplier.
• Keep counters for monthly stock-taking.
• Attend training when necessary and required.
