Assistant Store Manager

to join its flagship boutique team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with one of the world’s most iconic names in high-end fashion and craftsmanship. Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Retail Manager to drive sales performance and achieve ambitious targets. Lead, inspire and develop a team to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and brand presentation. Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory control and clienteling activities. Cultivate strong relationships with VIP and loyal clientele, ensuring a world-class luxury experience. Requirements

Proven track record in luxury retail management

(Assistant Manager or supervisory level). Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent clienteling ability and a deep understanding of luxury service standards. Commercially minded with the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives. Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are an advantage. What’s On Offer
