Senior Sales Director - APAC will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across key markets in APAC. This role demands a strategic sales leader with deep regional experience and a strong background in ICT / Managed Services. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the regional sales strategy across APAC Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth Set and achieve aggressive sales targets aligned with overall business objectives Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure customer success and market relevance Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to the executive team Represent the company at regional industry events and forums Primary Goals Revenue Growth : Deliver consistent and scalable sales growth across the APAC region Market Expansion : Expand footprint in key markets across APAC Strategic Partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with key partners to enhance market reach and solution offerings Qualifications & Experience 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B Sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role covering APAC Proven track record in Managed Services, ICT, or IT Solutions industry Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and scale operations Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong business acumen and experience working with enterprise-level clients Willingness to travel across the region as needed Getronics is an ICT Services company with an extensive history over the past 125 years.
