Job Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across platforms with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve ROI Analytical mindset and able to translate date to actionable outcomes Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Prepare and present campaign reports to clients and management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of innovative campaign ideas Support the team in delivering results within a fast-paced, agency environment Provide guidance and share best practices with junior team members where needed Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM), etc Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful insights Proven experience in account management and stakeholder engagement Exposure to the property industry is a plus Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an advantage Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative agency setting Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
