Calibration Technician

Job descriptionEducation level : Minimum Diploma in Science or Engineering (or any relevant discipline) Year(s) of Experience : Minimum one year experience in calibration functions / fresh graduate with relevant technical background Capability : Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills Skill(s) : Familiarity with calibration tools Language : English is a must; Bahasa and others will be an added advantage
Summary
Responsible for performing calibration of instruments and equipment used in production and quality control while ensuring good documentation, proper maintenance of equipment and compliance with quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled equipment calibration according to established SOP / WP
- Assist external calibration service provider during on-site calibration
- Maintain proper documentation and organized storage of the calibration report and certificate
- Ensure accurate labelling and status identification on all registered equipment
- Report any out-of-tolerance conditions or malfunction of equipment to immediate superior
- Compliance to GMP, safety protocols, company policies and customer's requirement in workplace
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
