Job Description
- Promote and represent Acclime’s services to prospective clients in Malaysia.
- Assist to build a solid pipeline of sales opportunities through both existing and new clients, linking in client facing team members in the BD process where possible, encouraging and facilitating cross‑selling and up‑selling by team members.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
- Establish, build and maintain relationships with clients, discovering and exploring potential revenue growth opportunities.
- Possess industry specific technical knowledge and understanding of a governance and professional services environment.
- Assist in create potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options and resolving priorities.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, identify new client segments, and provide insights to inform business strategy.
- Participate in relevant industry events, networking sessions, seminars, and conferences to enhance Acclime’s visibility and brand positioning.
- Develop strategies to enhance value for existing clients while expanding the firm's footprint in new market segments.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Degree in any fields.Minimum 1-2 years' experience in corporate sales experience will be added advantage.Relevant governance industry knowledge and experience in sales and willingness to grow knowledge further.Basic understanding of the Company Secretarial profession will be added advantage.Excellent Interpersonal skills with a record of consistently achieving sales targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Fluency in English and able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage (both written and spoken).Seniority Level
