The Manager / Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and managing forensic accounting and litigation support assignments to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables. The position also entails supervising and mentoring junior team members to ensure work is delivered to the highest professional standard while fostering their development.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to carry out forensic and litigation support assignments, including planning work timelines, setting deadlines and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct investigations, financial analysis and assessments in relation to fraud, misappropriation, shareholder disputes, damage assessments and any other complex financial issues.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and expert reports for use in litigation proceedings.
- Liaise with clients, legal counsels and other stakeholders to gather evidence, clarify issues and present findings effectively.
Job Requirement
Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Forensic AccountingPreferably at least 4 to 5 years of related working experience in financial fraud investigation & litigation supportExperience in preparing expert reports and / or working with legal counsel in dispute resolution is highly desirable.Preferably Assistant Manager specializing in Auditing / Fraud & Forensic Accounting or equivalent.Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and writtenStrong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial informationFamiliarity with accounting standards (e.g. MRFS / IFRS) and regulatory requirements (e.g. Companies Act)Good report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings clearly, concisely and persuasivelyFor further information, and to apply, please visit our website via the “Apply” button below.
