Responsibilities

As an APAC Sales & Operations Leader, your responsibilities will include being accountable for implementation of the S&OP process and compliance to HQ governance, including S&OP output graphs / datasets, KPI’s and S&OP actions.

• Communicating with regional and product line Sales & Operations planners to fully understand business trends, opportunities, and demand forecast.
• Netting the region demand plans against the inventory to create a region netted demand and supply plans.
• Working with operations to locate existing inventory or substitutions for open orders.
• Scheduling and leading Monthly Sales & Operations Calls.
• Developing and prioritizing continuous improvement projects to maximize value of Sales & Operations.
• Ensuring demand, supply, and other signals are aligned and communicated to the proper end users.
• Ensuring product life cycle management for new and obsolete products are incorporated into the Sales & Operations process.
• Ensuring that the product line maker-to-stock (MTS), make-to-order (MTO), configure-to-order (CTO), and engineer-to-order (ETO) standards are defined and implemented in the Sales & Operations process.
• Managing the Sales & Operations and forecasting team including employee training, development, and career progression.
