BAT’s Digital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Analyst – Procure to Pay (Korean Speaker) in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial operations. You will collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and market stakeholders to resolve queries, support closing activities, and maintain strong process controls. Beyond daily operations, you will be encouraged to identify gaps, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to simplifying workflows, making a meaningful impact on both efficiency and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, issue escalation / resolution, and preparation of reports.
- Handle vendor and stakeholder inquiries with professionalism, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant responses.
- Support troubleshooting, risk identification, and decision-making while ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, accounting principles, and SLAs.
- Monitor performance measures, contribute to maintaining service levels, and provide backup support across team roles as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement by supporting new process implementations, simplifying workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
What we are looking for
Fresh graduates with a degree in Finance / Accounting with 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably within Accounts Payable or Purchase-to-Pay.Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management abilities, with working knowledge of accounting concepts.Effective communicator in English & Korean (oral and written), culturally sensitive, and able to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.Customer-focused, proactive learner, committed to accuracy, timely escalations, and continuous improvement to enhance service quality.Equipped with professional certification in TOPIK / KLAT.What we offer you
