Ecommerce Executive (Facebook / Tik Tok)

Overview

Schedule live stream hosts according to their availability, rescheduling as needed. Manage the end-to-end execution of live-streaming events, including scheduling, content preparation, and real-time monitoring on Facebook / TikTok Live. Design compelling packages and a winning mechanism to drive success in livestream sales. Collaborate with live stream hosts to track, monitor, and analyze livestream performance using insights and analytics. Share creative ideas with live stream hosts to attract and engage the audience including background, sales mechanisms and etc. Stay updated on live-streaming trends and best practices on both platforms to continuously enhance content quality and audience interaction.

Requirements :

• Relevant experience in E-Commerce or live stream operations on platforms like Facebook or TikTok is a plus.
• Minimum education level : Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis (9am - 6pm / 2pm - 11pm).
