Regional Integrated Brand Manager

We are looking for a  Regional Integrated Brand Manager  for the  Biopharma Division , based in  Petaling Jaya, Malaysia , who will drive the execution of integrated brand marketing plans and initiatives across  Southeast Asia and South Asia , ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to :

• Lead the rollout and execution of regional marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Localize promotional materials and develop digital content to enhance customer engagement.
• Conduct product training and ensure consistent messaging across markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to adapt and implement marketing strategies.
• Monitor marketing performance and KPIs, and propose improvements.
• Conduct basic competitor and market trend analysis.
• Engage with KOLs and support customer relationship building and education.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Act as a liaison with global teams to streamline initiatives in the GAP region.
• Integrate digital tools and platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Serve as a power user of Veeva PromoMats for content management and compliance.
