Requirements

Diploma in

Information Management / Business Administration / Management / Graphic Design / Public Administration

recognised by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields.

Strong attention to detail in handling confidential documents and records.

Skilled in data entry, organization of records, and records filing systems.

Able to converse and write in

English

and

Bahasa Melayu .

Possess a high degree of integrity.

Able to work in a team, multitask, flexible, committed and dedicated to work.

Able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.

Applicant should be a Malaysian citizen.

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

All candidates must have obtained :

Credit (at least C)

for

Bahasa Melayu

and

English (including oral examination)

in

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government (for Malaysian Citizens)

OR

IELTS Band 6

Band 4 in MUET .
