Job description

Interlink Impact Holding Sdn Bhd is an energetic and growing company that delivers impactful solutions across different industries. We believe in teamwork, efficiency, and continuous learning — and we're looking for interns to support our administrative operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support in organizing and maintaining company records and files
  • Help prepare reports, letters, and other documents
  • Manage data entry and update databases accurately
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic inquiries
  • Provide general office support to the team

Requirements

  • Internship duration : 3 to 6 months.
  • Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Science Administration, Public Administration, Corporate Administration or related field.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva) or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • What we offer

  • Internship allowance : RM 500 per month.
  • Snacks provided.
  • Shirt provided for outstation job.
  • Follow outdoor events.
  • Work schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8.30 AM PM
  • Job Types : Contract, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

    Contract length : 3-6 months

    Pay : RM500.00 per month
