Overview

We are seeking a talented Front-End Web Designer to craft visually engaging, responsive, and user-centric web experiences. The ideal candidate combines design precision with technical expertise, translating creative concepts into functional, high-performing digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development & Delivery
• Transform design assets (Figma, Photoshop, XD) into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
• Develop clean, reusable, and standards-compliant code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate static templates into CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Kentico, Instapage) using PHP.
• Troubleshoot layout, performance, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Collaborate with designers, account managers, and back-end teams for seamless delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
• Quality Assurance
• Conduct usability, functional, and regression testing to ensure top-quality output.
• Execute test plans for new features and enhancements.
• Identify, document, and resolve issues found during internal or client UAT phases.
• Continuously refine workflows to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the Junior Front-End Developer.
• Partner with Account Managers to scope tasks and provide accurate time estimates.
• Share best practices and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Client Support & Maintenance
• Manage website updates, content changes, and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with the Support Specialist to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
• Ensure support tickets and project tasks are completed efficiently and within quality standards.
