Project Engineer (Electrical / Major Infrastructure)

Overview

We are currently seeking 3 project engineers to join our Project team in Johor Bahru and / or Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing :

In this full-time role , you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our diverse range of construction projects.

Oversee daily site activities including general labour force and monitor the work progress of subcontractors.

Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality, and compliance with project requirements.

Interpret and assess technical drawings and designs for implementation.

Review project specifications and manage technical clarifications.

Prepare submissions for approval, including method statements and material approvals.

Supervise the procurement, delivery and tracking of materials on-site according to the specifications.

Participate in all site meetings and inspections as necessary.

Ensure prompt progress reporting and accurate documentation for all site activities.

Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors at all levels.

Motivate teammates, workers, and subcontractors to encourage efficiency and collaboration.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Power Engineering with minimum 1–2 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in similar EPC companies is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and BIM software.
• Must be willing to relocate if residing outside of Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur.
• Fresh graduates with BEng (Electrical / Power) welcome to apply.
• More experienced engineers will also be considered for mid-senior roles.
