The Recruitment Consultant will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching candidates with the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify candidates that will meet the company's criteria.
Responsibilities
Understanding the clients’ requirementsActively utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates on assigned job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on print & on-line media, referrals, regular networking, etc.Regular cold-calling to reach appropriate candidates to sell them the job opportunity. This is especially important for specific assignments that require active headhuntingPhone-screening candidates and preparing shortlist for face-to-face interviews with clientsAssist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etcGather feedback. Keep all candidates informed on the outcomeManage Candidate Relationship until the end of the processQualifications
