Job descriptionUnderstanding the clients’ requirements Actively utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates on assigned job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on print & on-line media, referrals, regular networking, etc. Regular cold-calling to reach appropriate candidates to sell them the job opportunity. This is especially important for specific assignments that require active headhunting Phone-screening candidates and preparing shortlist for face-to-face interviews with clients Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc Gather feedback. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome Manage Candidate Relationship until the end of the process Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience Result oriented Able to meet strict deadlines and Independently motivated Team player
