Responsibilities

Your main key duties will include;

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with clients across various industries.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each client's unique hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and closing placements.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted candidate searches.
• Present top talent efficiently to clients and negotiate rates and contract terms to maximize commercial potential.
• Work as part of a passionate, driven team, sharing best practices to enhance Michael Page's market presence and financial performance.
• Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships to sustain business growth and establish your reputation as a recruitment specialist.
