Overview

Join VISTRA’s Digital Product Management team as a Senior Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time, permanent role focuses on gathering, evaluating, and documenting business requirements to guide the development of cost‑effective digital solutions that align with business needs and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Develop business process models, data‑flow diagrams, use cases, and business solutions to illustrate requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, UI / UX Design Team, Solution Architects, Technical Team, and QA Team to deliver solutions.
• Manage expectations and alignments between business needs and proposed solutions.
• Support testing activities by developing test cases, reviewing results, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Present findings and recommendations to the Product Manager to improve systems based on user feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process maps, and business cases, particularly for government statutory compliance and localization.
• Provide information to Support Team as needed.
