Job descriptionDeliver Asset Management services for multiple customers Serve as the main contact point for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Manage, track, and resolve issues related to customer data Support lifecycle management of hardware / software assets to mitigate risks and optimize costs Lead implementation of asset management services and onboard new customers Perform data reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and reporting Strong Excel expertise (macros, pivots, formulas, advanced analysis) Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred) Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Familiarity with Cisco's business model and portfolio is a plus
Minimum Requirements :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- At least 1 year of related field experience
- SME working experience is an advantage
