Minimum Requirements :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
  • At least 1 year of related field experience
  • SME working experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver Asset Management services for multiple customers
  • Serve as the main contact point for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage, track, and resolve issues related to customer data
  • Support lifecycle management of hardware / software assets to mitigate risks and optimize costs
  • Lead implementation of asset management services and onboard new customers
  • Perform data reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and reporting

    • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong Excel expertise (macros, pivots, formulas, advanced analysis)
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Cisco's business model and portfolio is a plus
