INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN (PORT KLANG)

Internship Duration : 4–6 months (Preferably 6 months)

Location : Port Klang, Selangor

Allowance : RM1,000 per month

About the Role

Volvo Malaysia is seeking motivated students from Business or related fields to join our Administration team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to administrative functions, operational coordination, and documentation processes within a global automotive organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing business-related documentation.
• Prepare and archive records in accordance with established process flows.
• Operate Volvo Workshop systems (LDS / GDS) to manage service records and job orders.
• Coordinate Field Service Reports (FSR) and job documentation.
• Provide site support, including filing and document control.
• Reconcile previous service data and plan upcoming service schedules.
• Supporting customer service activities such as preparing job orders, quotations, and follow-up documentation.
• Supporting the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to support departmental operations.
