Spare Parts Manager

Position Overview :

Crown Malaysia is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Spare Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. Lead the Spare Parts Management function, overseeing daily operations, inventory control, and team supervision. Ensure efficient stock management, compliance with company policies, and alignment with regional initiatives to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Administration : Supervise the parts team, manage daily operations, stock orders, and inventory audits.
• Inventory Management : Optimize stock levels, monitor usage, control obsolescence, and ensure accurate records across all locations.
• Service Support : Coordinate with service teams to manage non-standard parts and address shortages.
• People Management : Guide and develop the team through performance monitoring, training, and effective communication.
• Process Improvement : Collaborate with regional teams on initiatives like MRP and inventory control enhancements.
• Other Duties : Support management with reports, meetings, and additional tasks as assigned.
