About the Role
- Providing technical support for Group Application Data Platform
- Support, maintain and monitor big data cloud-based technologies and applications including ETL tools, data repositories and databases as well as data pipeline components under Group Application Data Platform against SLAs as agreed with various business stakeholders.
- Manage the team of data platform support agents to ensure BAU support provided according SLAs set with various business stakeholders.
- Responsible for maintaining and optimizing big data cloud-based systems and applications.
- Able to work and implement advanced monitoring and metrics to provide operational rigor and oversight for all levels of business expectation.
- Analyze and troubleshooting issues related to big data cloud-based systems and applications under Group Application Data Platform.
- Develop and manage diagnostic and instrumental tools for troubleshooting and in-depth analysis
- Continuously refine and improve of Data Analytics platforms and systems
- May require standby and work during weekend to meet the critical business reporting timeline and / or data needs
