Aspial Lifestyle Business Services (ALBS), located in Malaysia, serves as a shared service business centre, playing a crucial role in supporting the Group’s various operations. The Group features prominent brands such as Maxi-Cash, Lee Hwa, Goldheart Jewelry, and Niessing.

Aspial Lifestyle Business Services ("ALBS") is an integral part of Aspial Group’s finance organisation supporting the businesses Aspial Group operates in, including, but not limited to, retail and trading of jewellery and branded merchandise, financial services – pawnbroking and secured lending, real estate development and investment, and hospitality.

RTR Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure all financial activities are completed timely, accurately and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies
• Financial activities include but not limited to :
• Preparation and posting of general ledger related entries (i.e. payroll, accruals, prepayments, bank etc.)
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and reporting. This includes preparation of financial statements, GST reporting and tax computation
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation and schedules
• Analysis of accounts
• Participate in process / continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing an end-to-end audit process and tax related matters
• Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met
• Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager
