Experience in BPO Industry( Project related to Content Moderation) Willing to work in 24 / 7 shift Fluency in English (Verbal and Written) is a must Training Provided Allowance provided Medical Insurance / Panel Medical and hospitalization leave 5 working days Associate Full-time Customer Service Human Resources Services
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of content moderators to meet performance targets and quality standards.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to project guidelines and SLAs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training to enhance team capabilities.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolution while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to ensure process improvement and consistency.
