Job descriptionKiosk concept Minimum of 1-3 years for Supervisor working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company. Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written) Posses exceptional PR skills Customer oriented, High spirit with a fun and loving attitude. Have a sense of ownership and responsibility towards the outlet and company as a whole. Able to work independently with minimal supervision from top management. Energetic and fast moving Computer literate and able to handle basic ordering / purchasing and cash handling policy. Able to send daily reports, and catering invoice tracking.
JOB RESPONSIBLE :
- To operate and monitor entire kitchen and restaurant management
- To manage and achieve the company's objectives.
- Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Top Management.
- Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Top Management.
- Overseeing daily cash flow as per SOP and report to the Top Management.
- Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services.
