Job descriptionNative or near‑native proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). At least 2 years’ experience teaching Mandarin to young children in a preschool or similar setting. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Linguistics, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and connect with young learners. A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education. Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities. Competitive salary up to MYR 3,500 including performance‑based initiatives. Work‑life balance - 5 days / week. Full rest days on all gazetted Malaysia public holidays and company‑declared school holidays. Annual increment and performance‑based bonuses. Supportive team & management that values creativity and teamwork. Quarterly team building events. Continuous learning & certification : internal and external training, including CPR & First Aid, Food Handling, and PERMATA course. Modern, well‑equipped classrooms and teaching resources.

Baby Atelier Childcare Centre SDN. BHD. is looking for a passionate and talented Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing learning environment for schools located in Old Klang Road, Bukit Jalil & Damansara Heights. If you love working with children and want to help them develop future‑ready skills from an early age, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons for children aged 2–6.
- Develop and implement fun, age‑appropriate teaching materials and curriculum.
- Provide individualized support and feedback to help each child grow in confidence and ability.
- Work closely with the teaching team to integrate lessons into cross‑curricular activities.
- Maintain accurate progress reports and communicate regularly with parents.
- Participate in professional development to stay up to date with innovative teaching methods.
