Responsibilities

Assist in audit support work for insurance companies Support advisory engagements, including IFRS17 implementation projects Perform data analysis and financial modeling under the guidance of senior team members Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for clients Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions Assist in research and analysis of industry trends and regulatory changes Support the development of actuarial models and methodologies Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with actuarial principles and practices Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines Strong academic record with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with statistical software packages Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Determination to pursue actuarial qualifications Desirable Characteristics

Demonstrated interest in the insurance and financial services industries Previous internship experience in actuarial or related fields Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS Familiarity with insurance products and actuarial concepts Strong presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms Proactive approach to problem-solving Adaptability and openness to feedback Seniority level
