Senior HR Business Partner - Retail / Consumer
As an HR Business Partner, you will be the key link between business units and Group Human Resources, responsible for implementing and managing end-to-end HR strategies beyond day-to-day operations. Your core mission is to plan and execute comprehensive recruitment campaigns, from posting job advertisements and screening resumes to shortlisting and interviewing candidates, ensuring we meet our manpower needs. You'll also drive innovative recruitment programs to adapt to a fast‑paced market while guiding line managers in succession planning, talent identification, and career development to build a strong future for our organization.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1) Involvement in Business Planning. The HRBP is expected to understand the function business direction :
2) Workforce Management (include manpower management and recruitment). The HRBP is responsible for the governance of manpower set out by the approved budget and provide the approved justifications for exceptions when required.
3) Talent & Staff Development Management. The HRBP will be required to have first‑hand knowledge of who are the talents within their function and partner with the Head of HRBP / Head of Talent Management for driving management of talent development with the Head of Department.
4) Change Management. The HRBP is responsible for identifying issues and working with the line managers and Centre of Expertise whether anticipatory or antecedent that require change management interventions resulting from organisational / unit, policy people changes, etc.
Jobholder Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
8 years and above work experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.
