Head of Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s global sales strategy to achieve rapid and sustainable growth.
• Review pipeline, conversion rates, and sales funnel activity.
• Monitor KPIs such as SQLs handled, activity indicators, deal closure rates, deal loss reasons.
• Run daily sales huddles / stand‑ups to track performance.
• Set clear performance targets and help remove blockers.
• Mentor, coach and support the sales and renewals teams.
• Track team and individual performance using HubSpot.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Share updates with executive leadership on revenue progress.
• Align with Marketing regularly to discuss lead quality, content needs, and any campaign results.
• Optimise processes and use of tools, automations, and CRM.
• Monitor competitor activity and customer buying signals.
• Identify new market opportunities by analyzing performance across regions.
• Collaborate with CX for a successful customer onboarding.
