Job descriptionDistribute, collect, prepare, check and compile MRO reporting Create and maintain project schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks Prepare and present regular reports on project status and performance Prepare the minute of meetings Familiar with CMMS system is advantageous Generate and update work orders in the CMMS system Prioritize and assign work orders to maintenance personnel Track the progress and completion of work orders Maintain accurate records of all work orders in the CMMS Ensure accurate and comprehensive data entry into the CMMS Standardize data entry procedures and train staff on proper data entry techniques Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Maintenance Management, Business Administration or a related field Experience in railway engineering field Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably with CMMS software Strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist Planning Manager and optimize the day-to-day operations of systems and processes
- Assist Planning Manager to coordinate with various team (e.g., project team, technical division, QAQC and others) to ensure projects are met
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of planning activities
- Manage timelines & resources for operational projects
- Collaborating with all internal parties in planning and setting up work schedule of MRO Level 4 activities in the depot
- Create and maintain project schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks
