Job Description :
The role involves analyzing data and planning activities to support sales and performance reporting. Responsible for data analysis, forecasting variance explanation, and development of reporting structures and process improvements related to commission schemes and performance evaluation, as well as collaboration with management on related projects.
Responsibilities
- Analysis : Work with large data sets, organize and pull insights; analyze and explain variance between forecasted and actual performance; prepare necessary adjustments; develop recommendations and present data in a meaningful way; document information related to commission schemes and performance evaluation schemes; assist in determining effective business solutions; contribute to implementation and documentation of related projects; provide ad hoc organization performance evaluation analysis to support senior management and internal stakeholders; act as advisor or lead for ad-hoc reporting requests and design structures for new reporting requirements (including commission-related performance evaluation).
- Planning : Assist in developing and refining sales strategies aligned with business goals; coordinate with related departments to ensure alignment of inter-department plans with overall strategies; participate in strategic planning meetings to provide insights and recommendations; lead and analyze sales data and KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management; identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in internal processes and KPI structures; proactively seek opportunities for sales and process improvements; stay updated on market trends and conduct related research to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements
At least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.Strong business analysis, data interpretation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Moderate Tableau, Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint, administrative and communication skills.Proven experience in sales organization-related data analysis, incentive planning, quota setting, performance measurement and payout calculations, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.Seniority level
