DevOps Engineer

Overview

Company : MMC Corporate Description : We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Systems Engineering team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS) . This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure for a .NET platform on AWS and VMWare.
• Develop and automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal reliability and performance of our applications.
• Partner with Cloud Security to implement and enforce security best practices to protect our cloud-based systems and data.
• Collaborate with the wider technology team to manage pipeline gates.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing and site reliability engineering.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability in cloud environments.
