SCRC JAYA SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor (Construction) to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring efficient cost control and maximising value for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget
• Analyse and process payment applications and variations
• Provide regular cost reports and financial updates to project stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any commercial issues that arise
