Jewellery Stylist , you are our on-ground ambassador to the offline Wanderlust + Co experience. You contribute to the business by maximising sales on the floor in addition to providing exceptional customer service that meets the Wanderlust + Co standard. You will help to achieve individual sales goals and build long-lasting client relationships through your passion for the brand and extensive product knowledge. You are also responsible to support all back-of-house related operational tasks. This role reports to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm and pleasant experience to all customers visiting the store
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
- Possess a strong drive for results while maintaining a positive and caring attitude at all times to both team members and customers
- Customer Development
Offer exceptional service to all Wanderlust + Co customers in person, or over the phone and through any electronic communication
Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage customers through product knowledge and brand storyAble to highlight any issues and suggest appropriate solutions promptly to Store Manager so each customer’s complaint / issue is effectively and promptly solvedOperationsExecute opening and closing of the store according to guidelines
Ability to handle all store equipment especially POS systemSupport visual merchandising, merchandising and housekeeping according to store guidelinesKeep the product in stock room and floor in perfect conditionParticipate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the storeAssist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandiseQualifications
Proven work experience as a Retail AssociateExperience in Jewellery Retail is value addedFriendly and energetic with strong communication skills in English and Malay, Mandarin is a plusCustomer-service orientedDetail-orientedPositive attitude and a team playerAvailability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidaysWe are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.Shop locations : The Exchange TRX
