We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and operationally focused Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support our EMEA and APAC regions, covering 27 countries and 5,500 employees. This role is deeply embedded in the day-to-day execution of compensation and benefits programs, requiring someone who thrives in the details, brings a continuous improvement mindset, and is passionate about operational excellence. They will also play a key role in interpreting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
The Role
In this exciting and varied role, you will :
- Contribute to the evolution of the Rewards and HR Operations model using a Lean, data-driven approach.
- Support the regional implementation of the Global Job Architecture Project.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitive and strategically aligned compensation practices.
- Assist in executing key compensation processes, including merit reviews, variable pay, budgeting, and reporting.
- Roll out region-specific benefits programs (., healthcare, retirement, wellness) that balance cost-efficiency with employee satisfaction.
- Monitor the effectiveness of rewards programs and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Collect, analyze, and report high-quality data to support informed decision-making.
- Help implement HR governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regional processes, legal standards, and regulations.
