F&B RESOURCES PG S / BBayan Baru, PenangDuties And Responsibility -Handle full set of accounting work such as AR, AP, Management Account, Bank Reconciliation Financial Statement, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget, SST and E-Invoicing Reporting -Responsible for furnishing tax information to tax agent, checking and finalizing their queries and ensure tax computation ready as schedule -Preparation payments according to payment cycle for multiple vendor -Preparation management and financial statement analysis reports. -Financial and SST report preparation and submission -Statutory payment and report -E-invoicing and follow regulations -Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. -Ensure accurate, timely payment and compliance with all statutory requirements. -Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc. -Overseeing an accounts department team involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting functions, and managing the team's performance and development. -Assist in other ad-hoc duties and when assigned from time to time Benefits : -Competitive salary and opportunities for advancement. -Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals. -Exposure to various aspects of accounting and finance. -Collaborative and supportive work environment. -Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills. Qualifications : -A Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy -Handle and prepare full set management accounts for multiple companies -At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position -Ability to exercise judgement and discretion, interpret guideline and resolve nonstandard work problems -Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software -Able to speak and write in good English, Malay, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. -SST and E-Invoicing experience preferred -Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi- task -A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure -Good time management especially in meeting timelines
