Key Responsibilities -Provide daily support to the founder, including scheduling, follow-ups, and general coordination  -Manage company documents (physical and digital) to ensure they are well organized and up to date  -Assist with basic SQL tasks (training can be provided if needed)  -Create and process purchase orders and invoices  -Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and relationships  -Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and organization  -Handle miscellaneous tasks and small matters that keep the office running smoothly  -Run external errands such as collecting or delivering documents, handling third-party paperwork, etc.   What We’re Looking For -Responsible, honest, and proactive personality  -Good communication skills in English and Chinese ( Chinese is the MUST ) -Organized and detail-oriented  -Able to work independently and multitask  -Flexible and willing to handle both simple and complex matters  -Basic computer skills required; SQL knowledge is a MUST   主要职责 -协助创办人处理每日工作事务，如日程安排、任务跟进及行政协调  -整理并管理公司文件（实体与电子档案）  -协助处理简单的 SQL 数据工作（如无经验可培训）  -制作与管理采购订单、发票等文件  -与供应商进行联系与协调，安排订单与送货事宜  -负责办公室日常整洁、物品补给与整体秩序管理  -处理各种日常琐事，确保办公室运作顺畅  -需要时外出跑腿，例如送取文件、对接第三方单位等事务  我们希望你具备： -负责任、诚实可靠、主动性强  -具备良好的沟通能力（中英文，中文是必须的）  -做事有条理，细节导向  -能独立完成任务，具备多任务处理能力  -肯动手，乐意处理简单或复杂的事务  -熟悉基本电脑操作，必须有 SQL 经验
