Key Responsibilities :
Generate and manage leads through digital platforms, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Maintain a strong understanding of current mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams underwriting, compliance, customer service) to ensure seamless loan processing.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in mortgage sales, lending, or financial advisory roles.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and financial documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust remotely.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in CRM systems, digital communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant certifications or licenses (as required by local regulations).
