Requirements

  • At least diploma or above qualification from relevant studies.
  • MUST be MANDARIN literate for REDNOTE Content.
  • Creative in creating engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to specific target audiences and platforms.
  • Experience in social media and website analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content.
  • Ability to Host or Present in video.
  • Possess Own Transport

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with GABM Sdn Bhd's business objectives as the sole distributor of NEOTEX Aeve, Greece in Malaysia.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, REDNOTE (XHS), Instagram, TIKTOK, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to specific target audiences and platforms.
  • Analyze social media and website analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Manage and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development) to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage and oversee video production, including concept development, filming, and editing.
  • Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, website content, and marketing materials in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends, and respond appropriately.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media and digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Manage the social media and digital marketing budget effectively.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
