- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing or equivalent.- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management within the Interior Design or Cabinetry Business.- Demonstrated success throughout the entire sales process, from strategic planning to successful closures.- Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and leading successful teams.- Previous experience in motivational speaking is an advantage.- Willingness and ability to travel, expected to be at least 40% of the time.
