Job description

• To have full knowledge and understanding of menu and ingredients used in all food and beverage items.
• To ensure all the products used follows First-In First-Out (FIFO) to minimize wastage and control product quality.
• To seek further authorization and advice from immediate superior when necessary.
• To ensure outlet is always well maintained, clean, safe and comfortable to the customer.
• To ensure the daily business operation running smoothly.
• To be helpful and service-oriented to the customer COMPANY
