What are we looking for?

We want to grow our Business Development & Sales team, and we need you.

You’ll be one of the first in the team, shaping its future and our business.

What will you be doing daily?

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, focusing on startups, consultancies, and fast-growing firms.

Organize your leads using tools like Excel and LinkedIn.

Develop and implement sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices globally.

Prepare marketing materials such as pitch decks and client presentations.

Conduct discovery sessions and build strong relationships with potential clients.

We’d love to hear from you if :

You have 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales, preferably with recruitment agency experience.

You have a successful track record in client acquisition, ideally in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startups.

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or related fields.

English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
