Job Description
- Drive regional growth within the heavy industrial customer group through strategic account management and new business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the oil & gas, offshore, and infrastructure sectors.
- Guide, coach, and support country sales teams to strengthen technical and commercial capabilities.
- Execute regional sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure profitability across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align market plans, share insights, and drive customer-focused innovation.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen market presence.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have :
- At least a Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or relevant majors)
- 8+ years of regional B2B sales experience , ideally in marine or protective coating chemicals.
- Proven sales track record managing key accounts or distributors within heavy industrial, oil & gas, or related offshore environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural markets.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and able to work independently while collaborating regionally.
