Menang Nusantara Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and quality-driven QAQC Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Managing QA / QC functions, including APQP, PPAP, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Development and maintenance of QA / QC procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including document control and inspection procedures.
  • Monitor and support corrective and preventive action processes, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances.
  • Managing the lab activities, testing standards, and compliance with IEC17025 requirements.
  • Participate in quality-related meetings with customers (SPTT, QAV, PSW, etc.) and provide required documentation.
  • Review and develop the inspection plans, control plans, PFMEA, and measuring equipment requirements.
  • Monitor and manage quality records, including rejection analysis and trend reporting for lesson-learned and Kaizen activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Sales, Logistics) to address quality concerns.
  • Supervise QA / QC personnel and provide training as required to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA / QC, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Good knowledge of QMS, APQP, PPAP, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Capable of working independently and under pressure with risk-based thinking.
  • Experience as a QMR is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and a good team player with leadership potential.
