Overview

Kinta Press & Packaging (M) – Lahat, Perak. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Operator to join our growing team at Kinta Press & Packaging (M) Sdn Bhd in Lahat, Perak . This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various production equipment and machinery to manufacture packaging products
Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to identify and resolve any issues
Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflows and improve productivity
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with operating and maintaining production equipment and machinery

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
