Job Overview

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence

is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant professional to support intercompany accounting and accounts payable activities. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate processing of vendor and intercompany transactions, staying compliant with internal controls, and supporting month-end close and audit requirements.

You'll be based in our Singapore office, working alongside a collaborative and supportive team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and coordinate weekly payments in line with internal controls and relevant regulations.
Manage intercompany transactions, including charge in / out, reimbursements, payroll-related items, and management fees.
Prepare, post, and accurately code intercompany invoices.
Complete monthly intercompany netting statements and process related payments.
Collaborate with management to support the implementation of consistent and standardised payment terms.
Work closely with global and regional finance teams to ensure intercompany transactions are aligned and accurate.
Conduct timely reconciliations of intercompany accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Support the preparation and monitoring of cash flow forecasts.
Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.
Provide support during audits and tax filings, including supplying relevant documentation and explanations.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Participate in finance system implementations or upgrades where applicable.
Support with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Education / Qualifications

At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role is preferred.

Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and analytical.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Desirable

Prior experience working in a multinational corporation is preferred.

Exposure to Australian accounting standards or operations is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, SAP, or similar ERP systems).

Prior audit experience is advantage.

Deadline-driven with track record of planning, organising and prioritising.
