Responsibilities

  • Inspect machines, engines, and transmissions and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.
  • Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems.
  • Keep logs of work and report on issues.
  • Ensure all completed jobs, including Machine Check Sheet and Service Recommendation, are returned to the Product Champion / Service Coordinator for invoicing within the timeline.
  • Adhere strictly to Safety Regulations / SOP at the workplace or customer site.
  • Ensure tools and workshop facilities are in good working condition.
  • Be accountable for all replaced parts under warranty and return them to the Product Champion for warranty claims.
  • Carry out any tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certification from Vocational School in Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering or completion of apprenticeship.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Applicant must be willing to travel.
  • Aptitude in using various hand tools.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instructions, etc.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Good team player, positive working attitude and result-oriented.
