Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chinese Speaker. The role involves providing high-quality interpretation and customer service across various platforms. Daily tasks will include assisting Chinese-speaking clients through virtual call center solutions, translating documents, and ensuring clear communication across different channels. The role may also involve supporting the development and improvement of language services and participating in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proficiency in providing interpretation services and customer service
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• Prior experience in a virtual call center, translation, or interpretation role is a plus
• Familiarity with various communication and collaboration tools
